Return Process

  Log in to your PTC Shop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
